Starter: Baby Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese, Dried Cranberries with a Sherry Vinaigrette

Entrees:  All selections come with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Vegetables

• Grilled Chicken Breast with Pancetta, Basil, Roasted Tomato + Tyme Jus
• Herb & Garlic Roasted Sliced Sirloin with Burgundy Demi Glaze
• Grilled Salmon Fillet with Lemon Dill Sauce
